From the moment we walked into the showroom and met Darren, we knew we were in good hands. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and was able to help us sort through a large array of choices to choose the flooring that was perfect for us. The next morning, he was even at our home to measure and provide additional design advice. We were excited about the floor and amazed that we could get our project in motion so quickly!   Darren managed the details with a concierge-like approach. We were impressed with his communications during installation and personal inspections to see that everything went as planned. Our installers, Steve and Charlie were wonderful also and are solid craftsmen. Our home looks amazing!

 

This was a fun, no-hassle experience and we benefited from the hands-on advice by Darren. He also was a huge help in selecting the area rugs to match our décor. He’s got quite an eye for design! Again the choices were plentiful and the prices were good. Overall, we were definitely “floored” by the experience at Galloway and will recommend them to others.

A Great Experience

We’d used Galloway’s Flooring Warehouse several times for carpet, but we recently used them to put tile in one room. During the planning stages they were very patient with me. Their patience was helpful because there were some difficult decisions to make. We had a little problem with the installation that they very quickly rectified. They had a great attitude about it, and everything was fixed perfectly. They sent us a thank you note afterwards. Everything just went great, and the floor looks beautiful! Excellent Customer Service!

The people at Galloway’s Flooring Warehouse were very knowledgeable, and working with them was a very comfortable experience. It was very different from using a big home improvement store. It was our first time with them, and they made it personal. They have a very clean store. It doesn’t look like a warehouse. They helped us make choices for major remodeling we were doing in our bathroom. We ended up purchasing floor and shower tiles from them. Their installer provided the installation, and it looks real good! I think one of the things you get with a small operation like theirs is you get personal care each time. You also are able to deal with the same person, unlike with big box stores where you walk in and you don’t know who you’re going to get. At those types of stores it’s also hard to find someone who is knowledgeable. One person might tell you one thing, and another will tell you something different. Galloway’s had excellent, personal service!”
